Nearly everybody has heard Bobby McFerrin's hit single "Don't Worry, Be Happy." The song has a very attractive way to convey its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin's simple message certainly made a lot of people, telling them not to worry.

It's nice to live a healthy, resilient and positive life and also good for your wellbeing. In fact, being happy protects you from life's stress. Stress is linked to the leading causes of death, such as heart disease , cancer and stroke.

One of the best things we've ever heard is,
The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change
and in our lives we have the ability to make the required changes if we want to. Even if we are in an unbearable situation we can always find consolation in the knowledge that it would change too.

Social networks or relationships are essential for happiness. People are different, accept those who they are for or what they are, avoid conflicts, keep arguing and leave out resentments of all kinds. If disagreements seem inevitable, try to consider the situation, and you might get along well with them.

Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make life more healthy and wonderful.

It's relatively easy to be happy, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that for most of the time , most people can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook is. The choice is really simple, just choose to be happy.

There are many ways by which you can do this. I will tell you about 10 simple ways to be happy!

  1. Be grateful. It is a great attitude. We've got so much things to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for taking you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dish and thank the guy who keeps your windows cleaned. Also thank the mailman for bringing your mails to you, thank the policeman for making your place safer. It's that simple.

  2. The news is very stressful. Get less from it.  Without their daily dose of news, some people just can't start their day. Try and think about that, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting a day with bad news doesn't seem to be the right thing to do.

  3. Religious connections are also recommended. Being part of a religious group, with its singing, sacraments, singing, prayers and meditation, fosters inner peace.

  4. Manage the time. Time is invaluable, and it is too important to waste. Time management can be seen as a list of rules that involve scheduling, setting goals, planning, making lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the key elements of time management that should be understood in order to develop effective personal time management skills. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you want.

  5. Every day, laugh and laugh heartily. Have you heard a good joke? Tell that to your friends or family. As they say, 'Laughter is the best medicine.'

  6. Express your feelings, affections, friendships and passions to the people around you. They 're most likely to reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep up the anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead, find ways to express them in a way that will not cause more injury or harm to anyone.

  7. Working hard gives us great personal satisfaction. It gives us the feeling that we are competent in completing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, giving us a sense of value. Work on things you feel worthy of your time.

  8. Learning is a joyful activity. Try to learn something new every day. Learning also allows us to expand and broaden our horizons. And it could also give us more opportunities in the future.

  9. Run, jog, walk and do things that your body has been made for. Feel yourself, Feel alive.

  10. Avoid exposure to negative elements such as loud noises, toxins and hazardous locations.

These are the few simple things you can do to be happy every day.
