Changing is not difficult
Many people have difficulty in making change. Often our entire identity is embedded in what we have learned as children will work for us when dealing with people, allowing us to survive, thrive and fit in with them. While some people had to learn to thrive in the midst of change and learned to adapt by being open to new ideas and embracing change, many others had to battle for survival and every table-scrap that came their way. Behavior is learned and those old beliefs need work to be unlearned and dismantled.Learning to like the truth
The truth of the matter is that win-win is always possible. When you are able to see beyond the ego and recognize the abundance that is available, people, minds, and ideas come together and can create amazing changes that improve the current scenarios for many, many people. When you work with people who have this abundant and generous attitude, you are uplifted, the team soars, and amazing energy and creativity is unleashed. This is much harder to do, to sustain, and to elevate within others when you encounter individuals driven by the thought of scarcity and competition.People like Steve Jobs are visionaries who tried to bring about such social and business shifts. One thing I've learnt along the way is that taking the high road is often better. It's not about judging others as wrong or considering yourself to be better than others. This is about acknowledging your truth about the way you want to be in the world. Don't put your integrity at risk. Don't get caught up in contest. See the vision, see the result, feel the purpose and passion that you are driven to offer the world, and freely give it to them. We 're all dying. You can't take anything along with you from this life. So just give the world what you have to offer. What is not given is for ever lost.
Set your goals
If your goal is to truly bring about a positive change and serve others, it becomes less important how it is accomplished, and it becomes more important to see it accomplished. While it may be a blow to your ego when others criticize your inspiration, or someone is borrowing credit for something you've introduced, holding fast to the benefits for everyone will often soften the sting. You do need to pick and choose those places where you'll offer yourself, the key is to evaluate whether it is serving a common good. When you get your contributions compensated, gratitude would serve you a spirit of peace. Perhaps it's time to move on to a more collaborative team as well as a more receptive and appreciative audience if you're constantly feeling abused and stomped on.Live up to your passions
Knowing you are fulfilling your purpose and living out your passion will be a reward. It will be recognized in time. Ultimately, impostors will be seen and the mind & ego will always outlive the heart & soul. Along the way, you will need to hold fast to the true inner qualities and nature of the brilliance that you are through the journey which is your life and career. Don't let these negative experiences turn into something that undermines your worth. You are not the experience of negativity. The negativity we experience from others is often more of a reflection of them, and less of who you are.Aiming high
We all have various lenses, different gifts, different cables and different experiences. Difference is not something to judge, it is a gift of diversity that brings together the pieces of the puzzle of life and creates a society, a solution, a technology, etc., for the benefit of all of us. Don't doubt when others can't see your vision. Keep it true, keep your intentions and get the right support, the right people and the right opportunities. Lower the ego and aim the vision high.Best wishes, Your Life Is A Miracle
